1. What is a cash advance?
A cash advance provides you with emergency cash when you need it
most. This is usually between paydays. Simply complete our fast online
application and speak to one of our loan agents and your cash will be on
the way directly deposited into your checking account. (Top)
2. How much can I qualify for?
How much you qualify for depends on a number of factors including
your income. We offer several loan options, $200, $300, $400 and up to
$500. Generally speaking, payday loans are never for more than 50% of
your paycheck. (Top)
3. What if I have poor credit?
No problem! Unlike many other financial institutions, we do not
require that you have good credit or, for that matter, any credit
history at all. If you have any questions about qualifying for a payday
loan, please contact us. Even better, simply fill out the loan
application since it only takes a minute. (Top)
4. What does it cost?
Submitting a Loan Application is Free. If you are approved you will
be charged a small fee based on the loan amount. All fees and terms are
disclosed to you on a Truth In Lending document that you must digitally
sign for the loan to start. The US government requires lenders like us
to disclose fees and loan conditions in a standard format so that
consumers understand the details of loan they are about to accept.
5. Do I need to FAX anything to get a payday loan?
There are NO documents that you will need to FAX. We verify all the
loan information electronically and you sign the loan documents
digitally on our website. On occasion, we run into a situation where
some information cannot be verified. In those rare cases, you will be
contacted to provide additional information. (Top)
6. When do I get the cash?
Once you apply online, you will receive instructions on where to read
and digitally sign your loan documents. Once the loan documents are
digitally signed by you, a loan agent will call you to confirm that you
wish to proceed. Your cash can be direct deposited in your bank account
within an hour of speaking with our loan agent. Events such as not being
able to confirm your driver's license or place of residence will
increase the amount of time to approve your loan. (Top)
7. What about loan requests on Fridays or the weekends?
All Friday approved loan requests before 4:00 PM (EST) will be funded
on Monday. All weekend requests will be treated as Monday's requests.

8. When do I repay?
Unless you choose to extend your loan, your loan will be repayed on
your next paycheck date. We will automatically withdraw the loan amount
and fees from your account. (Top)
9. What happens if I don't have the funds necessary to repay you on
my due date?
You must contact us immediately! If you contact us two business days
prior to the due date, we can make arrangements for an extension. If you
do not contact us two business days before your due date, we will charge
you extra fees on top of what you owe us, including a Non Sufficient
Funds (NSF) fee. Loans with a monthly pay period cannot be extended.
Loan extesions can be made online from the tracking page. Three days
prior to your first paydate, an Extension Request link is available.
Clicking on the link allows you fill out an Extension Request. (Top)
10. Can I repay early?
You can contact us anytime before the loan due date to repay your
loan early. Loan fees are not pro-rated so most people just wait until
the scheduled loan end date. (Top)
11. Can I apply by phone?
Sorry, you must apply online. (Top)
12. Can I have more than one loan at a time?
We only allow one loan per household or bank account at a time. You
must wait at least 3 banking days after paying off a loan before
applying for a new loan. (Top)
